Guests are starting their hotel search in ChatGPT. We built EVT Hotels an app there, so the answer to “where should I stay in Sydney?” is a real EVT hotel, with its rooms and live rates.
Be the answer when guests ask an AI.
More travellers now start with a question to an AI assistant instead of a search engine or an OTA. If a hotel group’s rooms and prices aren’t available to those assistants, someone else’s are.
EVT wanted its brands in that conversation with accurate, live information — and a clear path back to its own sites.
Ask, compare, shortlist — in one conversation.
Guests ask in plain language — a city, dates, who’s travelling — and get matching EVT hotels with maps, photos, rooms and live rates right in the chat, with a link through to the brand site for the rest.

Structured hotel data, served live.
The app runs on an MCP server rather than a ChatGPT-only integration, the same tools are ready for Claude and other assistants that support MCP.
Hotels, rooms and amenities are modelled as structured data, which also makes the brand sites easier for AI search to read and cite.

The next channel, with the same team.
The team that runs the booking platform now shapes how the hotels show up in AI assistants.
We keep optimising the app — watching how guests actually ask, sharpening the answers and adding what each assistant makes possible as the channel evolves.
Do you support platforms after launch?
Yes — most of our clients stay with us long-term. We operate, monitor and keep improving what we build, with ongoing UX, conversion and feature work.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused website or app release is often three to six months. Larger multi-brand platforms are delivered in phases, with the first release live well before everything is finished.
Can you work with our existing platform?
Often, yes. We can extend, integrate with or progressively replace what you have — we don’t insist on starting from scratch.
Can we speak to your clients?
Yes. Once we understand what you’re working on, we’re happy to introduce you to a relevant client.
