Since 2016 we’ve built and run Thredbo’s digital resort — the website, the app and the accommodation booking behind them — keeping live mountain data, lift-pass sales and bookings fast through every season’s peaks.

Thredbo is a village, a mountain and a business that changes completely between winter and summer. Guests want the snow report before breakfast, lift status on the chairlift and somewhere to stay next season — and they all arrive at once when the snow falls.
The resort needed one platform for all of it: live conditions, events, lessons, lift passes and accommodation, both easy to find and easy to use.
Plan the trip, then live it on the mountain.
On the website, guests search every lodge, apartment and hotel in the village, compare rooms and rates and book in a few steps. On the mountain, the app has live lifts and trails, snow cams, weather and the trail map — plus event results, lessons and offers.

A WordPress platform with more than twenty content types — accommodation, lifts and trails, events, lessons, webcams and daily reports — switches between winter and summer with a single setting. Staff update lifts and trails in a custom manager, and the app picks up every change in real time.

We’ve run Thredbo’s website since 2016 and built its app in 2023. Thousands of releases later we’re still shipping every week: new seasons, new templates, booking improvements and the occasional rebuild of something that’s earned it.

Do you support platforms after launch?
Yes — most of our clients stay with us long-term. We operate, monitor and keep improving what we build, with ongoing UX, conversion and feature work.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused website or app release is often three to six months. Larger multi-brand platforms are delivered in phases, with the first release live well before everything is finished.
Can you work with our existing platform?
Often, yes. We can extend, integrate with or progressively replace what you have — we don’t insist on starting from scratch.
