An elevator that plays to the room: ride alone and Elvis asks if you’re lonesome tonight; step in with a crowd and Martin Garrix comes on. We conceived, built and installed it for QT Hotels.
Make thirty seconds in a lift unforgettable.
QT is known for turning hotel moments into stories. The elevator ride — usually the most forgettable part of a stay — was the next one to reinvent.
Music that reads the room.
Upbeat counts who’s inside and plays to match — solo tracks, crowd anthems and sound effects that greet guests on the way in or out. “Hasta la vista, baby.”
Plug-and-play, and always learning.
An object-tracking model detects how many people are riding and keeps getting better at it. The kit installs in any elevator, and in-house technicians assemble and activate it through our online platform.
Live in Australia and the US.
From concept and audio production to model training and installation, we delivered the whole experience — now running in hotels in Australia and the US.
QT Sydney lifts the elevator experience to new heights.
Do you support platforms after launch?
Yes — most of our clients stay with us long-term. We operate, monitor and keep improving what we build, with ongoing UX, conversion and feature work.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused website or app release is often three to six months. Larger multi-brand platforms are delivered in phases, with the first release live well before everything is finished.
Can you work with our existing platform?
Often, yes. We can extend, integrate with or progressively replace what you have — we don’t insist on starting from scratch.
Can we speak to your clients?
Yes. Once we understand what you’re working on, we’re happy to introduce you to a relevant client.
